Prologue

Army officer Elliot Spencer solves the puzzle box in a room. Then he was taken to the Leviathan worlds and transformed into the Cenobite named Pinhead.

Kristy in the asylum

The story starts after Hellraiser part one, Kristy is admitted into a psychiatric hospital. Doctor Channard and his assistant Kyle are taking care of Kristy.

A police officer comes to Kristy to interrogate about the murder case Julia and Larry. Here Kristy requests that they destroy the bloody mattress where Julia died.

But as like every horror movie, police officers don’t believe her story.

Dr. Channard hears Kristy and brings the mattress to his home. Kyle suspects Dr. Channard. So he secretly enters Channards’ house. Here Kyle sees Dr. Channard brings a mentally unstable patient to the room and tied on the bed. Then he gives the patient a sharp blade, and the mentally obsessed patient starts to cut his skin. The scene is filled with blood and brutality.

As his blood drops on the mattress, skinless Julia emerges and takes the patient’s lifeblood. Then Kyle runs away.

Into the Hell

Kristy meets another patient named Tiffany who never utters a word. She always plays with puzzles.

Later that day, Kyle meets Kristy and tells her what he saw. Then they go to Dr. Channards house. There they find Channard brings many patients to Julia.

Suddenly Julia attacks Kyle and swallows his lifeblood which makes her regeneration complete.

Kristy goes on being unconscious for a few hours. Kristy finds Tiffany is taken by Dr. Channard at his house to solve the Lament Configuration of the puzzle box.

The door opens and Julia takes Dr. Channard there as he wished before. On the other side, Kristy and Tiffany also enter individually.

Pinhead & other Cenobites find Kristy. She tells them that she is there for his father Larry. Cenobites laugh at her.

But please, feel free, explore. We have eternity to know your flesh.

On the other hand, Julia betrays Channard by allowing him to become a cenobite.

It wanted souls, and I brought it you. You wanted to know. Now you know. And I wanted everything. Now everybody’s happy. Goodbye, Doctor.

Kristy encounters Frank in his cottage. Here Frank reveals the messages for help that Kristy gets earlier, which were sent by Frank instead of Larry.

Then Frank tries to catch Kristy but Julia arrives at the spot. She takes revenge on Frank by taking his lifeblood and says, “Nothing personal babe.”

In the middle of this Kristy escapes the place and finds Tiffany. They now find the escape door of the Cenobite realm. Suddenly a vortex opens by the labyrinth and at the same moment, Julia arrives at the place. Julia is swept away by the vortex, leaving only her skin behind.

New Cenobite Dr. Channard

Kristy and Tiffany encounter Pinhead and other Cenobites. Kristy shows a photo of army officer Elliot Spencer. And it reminds him that Elliot is none other than Pinhead himself.

Suddenly Dr. Channard arrives at the place but now he becomes a Cenobite like others. He seems more powerful than the other Cenobites.

Then Channard kills all the other Cenobites including Pinhead. Before the moment of death, the Cenobites transformed into their human forms. That means, they remember their old memories.

Here comes a point that all the Cenobites are humans. They are transformed into Cenobites and erased memories by the God Leviathan. The same thing we see happening with Dr. Channard.

Tiffany tries to solve the puzzle so that the door can open but Channard comes taking her down. Here Kristy wears Julia’s skin and distracts Channard to bring Tiffany a little more time.

Return!

Finally, Tiffany solves the Lament Configuration, and Channard is killed. The door opens back to the world, and they leave from Hell.

In the last scene of the movie, we see two men are removing Dr. Channards’ stuff from his home. A mysterious pillar rises from the mattress when one of them pulls it. The pillar is full of hanging shredded flesh and skin in its body.
